Terms & Conditions
The parties hereto agree as follows:
Sofie's Counselling is a professional experienced business of providing counseling services and guidance via online to Australia (and overseas) visitors to the website, and in person in Sydney Australia. As part of our professionalism and care, it is important for you to understand and accept the following conditions, costs and services provided for you.
- The client agrees to pay for all any additional visits, calls or emails.
- Sofie’s Counselling agree to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Sofie’s Counselling.
- The client fully understands the contents of this contract and takes full responsibility for the balance of payments to be made before counseling begins.
- The client agrees to pay Sofie’s Counselling for any “no show” charges where cancellation has not been advised within a reasonable time of at least 24 hours.
- No refunds after counselling has been done via email, phone or in person.
- The client acknowledges receipt of current Sofie’s Counselling rates.
- We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, to the extent permissible by law, whether express or implied. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.
- We make no warranty that:
- the services from this site will meet your requirements;
- the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or
- the quality of the experiences that that you have from using this site will meet your expectations.
- Our liability to you, if any, for a claim or action taken by you will be limited to supplying the relevant services to you again or payment for the cost of the services being supplied to you by another. We may choose which of these options shall apply on a case-by-case basis.
- Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the sexandlovecounselling.com service.
- Construction: This contract may not be construed against us solely because we prepared it.
- Entire Agreement: This contract sets out the entire understanding and agreement between you and us regarding this matter.
- Please note that in providing counselling treatment it is mandatory for counsellor to report persons who engage in acts which seriously harm others including all acts against the interests of children which may include the use or production of child pornography where there is an identified child victim.
